Your Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

At My Natural Clinic, we value both your time and the time we set aside just for you. To keep our clinic running smoothly and offer appointments to others in need, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made in advance according to the following:

• Changes or Cancellations:
  If you need to change or cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments: the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.
• Emergencies:
  Your wellbeing is paramount. For medical emergencies, please call 000 immediately.
